Toshiba America Foundation Grants

Purpose: Toshiba America Foundation accepts applications from teachers who are passionate about making science and mathematics more engaging for their students. Toshiba America Foundation grants support public and nonprofit private schools throughout the United States. K-12 grade teachers are invited to apply online for a Toshiba America Foundation grant to help bring an innovative hands-on project into their own classroom.

Eligibility: K-12 Teachers

Amount available per project: $1000 and up

K-5 Grant requests for $1,000 are due on October 1st.
6-12 Grant requests for $5,000 or less are accepted on a rolling basis.
6-12 Grant requests for $5,000 or more are accepted and reviewed twice a year - August 1st and February 1st.

Deadline for HISD Intent to Submit form: October 1, 2014

Deadline for Applications to Funding Agency: October 1, 2014
