ING Unsung Heroes Reward Program

Purpose: The ING Unsung Heroes program has helped more than a thousand K-12 educators and their schools fund innovative classroom projects through awards totaling more than $3.8 million. Do you or does someone you know have a creative, unique educational program that is helping students reach new heights? Or is there a program you’d like to implement, if only you had the proper funding?

Eligibility: All K-12 education professionals, whether or not they are clients of ING, are eligible.

Amount available per project: $2,000 initial award; 1st place $25,000, 2nd place $10,000; 3rd place - $5,000

Deadline for HISD Intent to Submit form: 1 week prior to funding agency deadline.

Deadline for Applications to Funding Agency: April 30, 2013

An Intent to Submit form must be completed and sent to the Office of Community Development in order to apply for any grant for Humble ISD. Please contact Adrianne Holmes at the Office of Community Development at 281-641-8141 for more information.
